Phil Shorter, MD
Phil is the founder of Surrey Tiles & Bathrooms. Starting out in the sector over 25 years ago, creating a small business selling end-of-line Porcelanosa tile stock with a single display stand from a small sales counter, Phil has grown that to create today’s award winning 1,500 sq ft Surrey Tiles & Bathrooms showroom. Passionate as ever about great tile and bathroom design, Phil is still very much hands-on in the showroom, offering clients an invaluable amount of knowledge and input to guide them to their dream tile and bathroom designs.

Sheila has been designing bathrooms for us for over seven years. She joined the team with 25 years’ experience of working with leading manufacturers and suppliers in the bathroom industry, across the UK and Europe.

Zainab has been with us for over four years. Starting out as a sales adviser while she completed her bathroom design training, Zainab is now a fully qualified 3D bathroom designer, creating beautiful bathroom designs for our clients.
